Browser's "Saved info" incorrectly prefilling fields in Docusign.

Question

My company has created a webform which is being incorrectly auto filled with first name and last name when customers use "Saved info" to complete their phone number. Only the phone number should be auto filled, but user’s first and last name are being filled in a section which asks for additional contact name. If customer chooses to use "Saved info" for auto filling the phone number, how do I prevent the first and last name from also auto filling in the Docusign form?

I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks in advance for your help.
