As the sender of the Docusign webform, you cannot directly prevent a user’s browser from incorrectly auto-filling fields like the “additional contact name” when they use saved information for another field, such as the phone number. This auto-fill behavior is controlled by the user’s browser settings.
Suggested options for your user;
- Disable the auto-fill feature for addresses and forms in their browser settings
- Clear specific saved auto-fill data that is causing the problem
- Manually enter the information
