Bought Real Estate monthly subscription - Can't access Form Libraries - Can't sign in to support account

Hello, I bought the Real Estate plan and Form Libraries are not showing up under Templates. I also cannot sign in to the support account to request a callback. Please help.

Hi @amyballen,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

You will be required to enter your address and Realtor Credentials before being able to use the Real State Forms feature. For detailed steps on this process, see:

Validate Your Real Estate Credentials
Enter Your Account Address to Access Forms

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan.
