I can't view my billing history. I tried accessing it from chrome and safari also from different internet connections but no success. Can't contact support since I don't have a plan right now but I need the invoice

I understand you need your invoice, but unfortunately, you cannot view your billing history or create a support case because you don't have a paid plan. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and rest assured that I will make my best effort to help you.
While the Billing information is not accessible to free account plans, there is a process to obtain your invoice by opening a Support case as follows:
Create a case without logging into your account, please use the section "I need a copy of my invoice" at the bottom of the page: Get Support
Once you've created a case, you will receive an email with the invoice. If you have any questions or need further assistance about it, you can open a support case and select 'I can’t access my account,' provide complete details of the issue in the Case description. A Docusign Support representative will then reach out to you.
