I’ve been trying to straighten out an invoice for a week. DocuSign suspended our account today. I called the guy put me on hold and that was over 40 minutes ago.

well at 58 minutes they hung up on me.

I apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you, did the support agent provide a case number? Is the email that is linked to this community user the same as the email that is linked to the DocuSign account? If no case was provided or created, do you have the option to create a case with Docusign Support?
