Hello.

I do a ton of long form subcontracts that are 40 or more pages. Each page requires the initials of both the sub and the contractor. I have to manually assign each and every page. Is there a way to do this quicker?

Thank you!

Docusign offers an "AutoPlace" feature that can help you position fields across multiple pages. If there's a consistent text string on each page, such as page numbers in the header or footer, you can use it to automatically place fields like initials. You can even use the same text string for all initial fields and then reposition them as needed after they've been placed.

This Docusign Support article will help you to configure it properly.
