I purchased the personal plan today, hoping to use the Attachment function in a Template. However when I try to update my templates, the Attachment function is locked. I purchased that plan specifically for that function. Is there something I'm not understanding? Am I wrong to think that i can use the Attachment function in a template?
as you see the Personal plan has particularly few features:

You are not wrong thinking that you can use attachment in the template.
It’s just the plan that you selected which does not include the feature.
You may follow the steps provided in the link below on how to upgrade your plan if you wish to get the said feature.

This feature is currently not available for Personal and Standard.
This is only included for Realtors, Business Pro and Corporate plans.
