I logged in through the online version and I see my envelopes in my dashboard but cannot review my agreements. I have changed filters and moved through the different folders but the do not show up. I do see all the documents on the mobile application. I have not created any agreements using the Mobile app. I also had the same issues with my templates and Webforms but without any intervention they showed up after i logged off and back on

I’m sorry to hear about your envelopes not showing up.

Are you logged in to the same account as your mobile in the web browser? Can you try opening your account in an Incognito Window/Private Window?
