Hi,

Is there a way to keep the client from accessing the contract both trough the link and PDF after they signed it?

I have been using getaccept and they have that option.

Thanks in advance

@MercA

By default, every recipient has access to the signed documents until you purge them from Docusign eSignature, which will permanently remove the documents for everyone.

There are some special features, such as ‘in person signing’ and ‘embedded signing’, where you, as the sender, can prevent the recipient from having access to the documents after they’ve signed.

In many countries, there is a legal obligation to provide the signed document to the recipients. This can be done either via Docusign eSignature directly or through a portal or other solution to share the documents with the recipient.
