If the recipient already finish their part and the envelope is still open, you could potentially use the Mark Up tool, please see https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=yca1573855023892&topicId=ltr1631215267154.html&_LANG=enus.

If the envelope is already completed, a new envelope must be sent.
