@daf1973 Typically if you want all Recipients to sign at the same time you would not set a Signing Order for those Recipients or set those Recipients all to the same Signing Order number. The fact that one Recipient is in a different timezone makes this more challenging in getting all Signatures within the same day.  First there is no guarantee even if all Recipients were in the same timezone that they would all sign on the same day other then expressing the importance of the document through direct contact or through the email notification.  I would suggest the same resolution you proposed but there is still room for error.  If you set the first Recipient in Signing Order 1 as the individual who is out of the country and then the rest of the Recipients as all Signing Order 2 then once the first Recipients finishes action, the Recipients in Signing Order 2 all get the notification to take action at the same time. I think the timing of when the envelope is Sent would be the biggest positive factor in getting the envelope done within the same day or same 24 hour period.  Send it to the Recipient out of country at a time that would be most likely they would sign and also provides some overlap in the other Recipients timezone so they are not outside of business hours when they get the notification to take action.
