2 signers with one email?

Mine is acting up .. I’ve done it for years and and for some reason yesterday and today the 2 signers I sent to the same email changes the name to the first one who signed .. very frustrating

Same issue. The link that David gave a year ago no longer exists. Has docusign changed the policy of 2 signers with one email address?
