When trying to send a document I receive an error message that reads: Missing option text. Enter text or delete option from drop down. I can't find the error anywhere!?!

I believe I figured it out. There was a drop down field that had a blank 'option'. It was used as a separator between Involuntary and Voluntary term reasons. Once I removed that blank option, the error no longer appeared.

I'm having the same problem... i went through all of the fields and still don't know where the error is.
