sending a contract with indicated items to initial I click next but a notice pops up that says " to send, you must complete the 1 pre-fill fields with sender permissions." and never proceeds past this point. Where is the 1 pre-fill field located?

Go back through all of the textboxes that you added to your document. One of those textboxes have no texts in it and is empty. You need to find the empty textbox and type something into it or delete it.
