Receiving a missing option text error alert. Can't find the error. Please help.

I figured out the issue - it was a drop down field that had a blank "option" in it that separated Involuntary and Voluntary Termination reasons. This 'option' has been there for many years, so something must of changed on the DS side. I removed the blank option and it now works.

I have the same issue. Not sure what is going on. The template hasn't been changed since 8/4 and has been used before today with no issue.

Same here. It works to apply the template, but as soon as we try to attach a document we get this error. The templates haven't been changed in months.
