How do you add a date to DocuSign

You have two options.....

1) Use the field called "Date Signed" which is an automated time stamp that is auto-populated at the time of Signing the document and cannot be altered.

2) Use a Text field then either a) set a Validation of "Date" and the appropriate Date Format you want to use. OR b) Allow the text field to be open ended and allow anything in the field in any format, so it would accept 10/31/2019 or October 31st, 2019 for example.
