do you know how to create a link in docusign so that we can send out the same agreement template?

Templates are sharable to any User in the DocuSign Account where the Template resides. If you have Powerforms enabled for your DocuSign Account you can make a Powerform active on any Template and the Powerform has a URL or link that can be shared to anyone via email or even placed on a website.
