The DocuSign feature that would allow you to add Company Logos to the Recipient email notifications is called "Branding". It is based on Account Plans so you want to check with your DocuSign Admin first and then your DocuSign Account Manager (if you need to upgrade plans). Here is a DocuSign article on Branding...
