Yes, if you are the Sender or were a Recipient who already took action and have a DocuSign account you can see the envelope workflow in realtime. If a Recipient "views" the envelope the Sender is emailed a notification of that "view" and the envelope history and flow reflects that information. A "view" does not indicate they completed their Recipient action only that they opened the envelope.
