Dear Partner Team,

Thank you for providing this platform for partners to share feedback. I’d like to raise a concern regarding email communication for certain DocuSign Partner Program activities.

For example, in the post Interested in the Partner Program, it mentions contacting partners-onboarding@docusign.com for help with registration or questions about the DPP. I sent an email to this address on November 23, but I have yet to receive any reply, nearly a month later.

Similarly, in the post Become a DocuSign Affiliate, it encourages reaching out to affiliatemarketing@docusign.com to apply for the affiliate program. I sent an email to this address on December 10, but I haven’t received a response either.

These delays make it unclear how we can participate in these programs. Are there specific requirements we need to meet before joining? If so, could you kindly provide guidance or feedback on how we can align ourselves to qualify?

We are committed to becoming a more outstanding DocuSign partner and look forward to participating in these opportunities to contribute more effectively. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

Dear Partner Team,

Thank you for providing this platform to share feedback. I’d like to raise a few additional  suggestions regarding communication and program accessibility:

  1. Becoming a DocuSign Blog Author: I came across the post How to Become a DocuSign Blog Author and have expressed my interest both online and offline. However, I have yet to receive any guidance or find a clear path to joining this initiative. Could you kindly provide more clarity on the process?

  2. Joining the SI Partner Technical Group: I have attempted to apply for the SI Partner Technical Group multiple times by clicking the “Join” option, but I have not been successful in joining. Is there a specific process or additional requirements needed to complete the application?

  3. Regular Updates to the Support Guide: The document at DocuSign.Partners SupportGuide is an incredibly valuable resource. I would like to suggest updating it regularly and including insights such as the top 10/20/50 most common customer-related questions and issues in case system. These could be shared monthly, quarterly, or annually, offering more actionable insights to help partners improve their services and address customer challenges proactively.

  4. Centralized FAQ Links: Additionally, I suggest adding links to key FAQ documents, such as the DocuSign Developer Support FAQs, within the DocuSign.Partners SupportGuide. This would make it easier for partners to find critical resources in one centralized location, enhancing efficiency and accessibility.

I believe addressing these areas could enhance the partner experience and make it easier for us to contribute to and benefit from DocuSign’s ecosystem. We are eager to continue working closely with the DocuSign Partner team and appreciate your assistance in resolving these suggestions.
