We are deeply interested in the DocuSign Tiered Partner Program and have been diligently working to align with its requirements. Our team has thoroughly studied the program documentation, particularly key sections such as "1.1 Partner Types and Go-to-market Motions" and "1.2 Partner Tier Achievement." As a Reseller, we understand that our role involves purchasing products directly from DocuSign or through a distributor and selling them to customers, ensuring successful product adoption, expansion, and renewals.
In the APAC region, we are proud to have exceeded the adjusted Gross New ACV requirement of $250,000, thanks to our strong performance. Moreover, we have consistently maintained a renewal performance exceeding 90%, meeting the expectations for the Reseller program tier. Beyond financial metrics, we have focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes and have actively contributed to DocuSign’s success by helping dozens of customers integrate their business systems with DocuSign’s API. This has significantly enhanced their experience, increased Envelope usage, and fostered a win-win scenario for all parties involved.
Additionally, we are proud to have been recognized as the 2024 APAC Reseller Growth Partner of the Year
And we rank 4th on the DocuSign Community Leaderboard for all-time contributions.
These accolades reflect our dedication to supporting customers and advancing the DocuSign Agreement Cloud platform.
Despite these efforts and accomplishments, we have noticed discrepancies in our partner tier level. According to the Partner Tier Dashboard (https://partners.docusign.com/s/partner-tier-dashboard), we are currently listed as a Registered Partner under the Reseller type, with no available performance data. This status does not reflect the significant contributions we have made, nor does it align with our ongoing efforts to exceed program expectations.
Previously, we raised a case through the Partner support channel to address this issue. While we received positive acknowledgment of our contributions, it was noted that our current designation as a "Reseller via Distributor partner" is not yet included in the existing DocuSign Tiered Partner Program. We were informed that the Partner Onboarding and Development Manager would assist in determining the most suitable partner type for our organization.
Given our demonstrated achievements, credentials, and commitment to DocuSign’s success, we respectfully request reconsideration of our partner type and tier level. We believe that proper recognition within the program would:
Increase our visibility to customers, allowing them to identify us as a trusted partner for technical support and API integration consultation.
Motivate us to further engage with the Partner Program and contribute to mutual success.
We strongly believe that acknowledging the efforts of dedicated partners is aligned with the core purpose of the DocuSign Partner Program. Doing so encourages greater participation and collaboration, ultimately benefiting both DocuSign and its partners. We sincerely hope that this request will be reviewed by the appropriate stakeholders and that we can work together to determine the most suitable partner type and tier level for our organization.
