DocuSign Monitor Events - recipient email address

Do we know or has anyone have used DocuSign Monitor to track things like - recipient email address changes:

  1. Flag when a signer email address is changed to for example the bankers email address
  2. Flag IP address that match - signer & sender have the same IP address

I understand that you are looking to confirm if Docusign Monitor includes alerts that would notify you whenever a recipient email is changed, or when the sender and signer’s IP is the same, and I will share more details on the topic.

 

Even though the option to notify you when a recipient’s email is changed is not available, you do get to set up an alert for the second scenario.

 

You can use the “Alert-Same signer and sender” alert for this scenario.
