Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
You will need to have admin rights on the account and have the option to change the value enabled in your account, you will need to go to the settings tab under the signing settings below the Signature Adoption configuration you will see the option to change it, please be advised that this feature is not included on all of the plans, you can create a case with DocuSign Support to confirm is your plan is eligible for the feature and request to be enabled.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
