Can I access admin dashbaord where we setup webhooks and integration keys from a business plan or do I have to buy a developer plan

Thanks for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

The admin dashboard is available on both production and developer accounts; it does not matter what plan you have. Please note that only user administrators have access to the Admin page.
