Question

You want authorised users (those who can view a specific agreement set) to be able to assign that agreement set to agreements they have completed, without enabling the “View All Agreement Sets” setting.
Currently, enabling “View All Agreement Sets” allows assignment, but it also exposes agreement sets that the user should not be authorised to view.

The “view all agreements” permission does grant users the ability to view all agreements (and the agreement sets) in the account, by design.

The product & engineering team is working on releasing support for delegated management of agreement sets, where you’ll be able to designate some users having permissions to share/manage agreements in a set. We’ll also enable having users be add agreements to sets they’ve been authorized to “contribute” to.
