Hey all,

Our security solution marks emails from “eu.docusign.net” as phishing.

The domain seems to belong to Docusign, and the email seems to be legit, but looking into why this is marked as spam, I saw that your SSL configuration for https://docusign.net/ is incorrect.

I am not sure if this is the reason for the marking, but it would be good to rectify this in any case.

The problem lies with the SAN configuration not having the plain docusign.net as domain name configured:

This is what my firefox says:
Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for docusign.net. The certificate is only valid for the following names: www.docusign.net, na1.docusign.net Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Please check your configuration. If you could resolve this error, maybe it helps with your emails being marked as spam and blocked.

Hello @SAR ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Docusign has several domains that we use to send out documents depending on the server the sending account is from, we recommend you add them to your whitelists/safe senders list on your email server: Why aren't my signers receiving Docusign Notification emails?

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
