We need to activate electronic seals and advanced signature on our dev tenant but cannot raise a support ticket

We want to activate some DS options on our developer account (Account Id: 14055105):

  • EU electronic seal
  • advanced signature

Apparently our dev account cannot connect to support, so we are unable to raise a ticket

Is there another way to ask for this ?

For assistance with activating these features, please connect with our chat support team. 👉 Get Support 

If you hold a production account, you can also open a support ticket from there. Just mention in the case description that the request is for enabling features on your demo account.
