Hi,

Can someone please help me change the setting in shared access for my team to be able to send on behalf of each other. I do have the admin access, but when I go through the steps to allow the permission, everyone is greyed out and you are unable to select.

May you check if “Allow to edit shared access permissions and setup” under Shared access is enabled in your admin settings? Also, may you send a screenshot showing that the options are greyed out?

Yes i do have edit access.

This is what’s greyed out when I try to allow others to send on behalf of each other, not able to select anyone:

 I am basically trying to allow each person on my team to be able to send on behalf of anyone on the team.

To set your expectation, the send on behalf option is greyed out if the user for shared access is just a Docusign viewer. But if those users on your list are not DS viewers and you do not see the option, this may be due to a backend setting that has not been activated, or potentially related to your subscription plan. A support agent can assist in determining whether this is the case or is indeed supported under your plan, so it would be advisable to create a support case for clarification.
