Org admin setting up delegation for users

What happens if the employee is incapacitated for a period of time and can’t log on to set up the delegation?  Is there really no other option?   Would Docusign Support be able to do something to help up set up the delegation?

Thank you for following up.

Only the user in question will be able to set up delegation to their signature. An account administrator can share access to the user’s Agreements tab as an alternative but it will only allow you to manage the user’s envelope, not sign them. This can be set up in Settings>Users>Actions>Manage Shared Access. For detailed steps on this process, see:

Has an idea been submitted to change that because on most platforms these days, an Admin would be able to do this.
