Hi all! I have an ADMIN profile and I need to transfer envelopes from one user to another. I have prepared the csv file, loaded it, but the 'transfer' button is greyed out and I cannot search for any users and if I enter the full name or email then the transfer button is still greyed out.

How can i solve this issue?

Are the users on the same server site?  (NA2, EU1, etc)

DocuSign won’t transfer envelopes across server sites.


Hi, yes i confirm, the users are on the same server site.

In any case the search bar is not working…

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community! We're sorry to hear about the challenges with the search functionality within Docusign when transferring envelopes. I looked at the screenshot and found that you must press "Enter" on your keyboard to display search results. I suggest using the Name search option instead of Email. Name search will show matches based on the user's first name, while the Email search requires the complete email address. Once the search results are displayed, select the intended user for the envelope transfer, then click the Transfer button.
