Incorrect payment taken unable to get in touch

I have been trying to get in touch with DOCUSIGN team and the link for instant chat isn’t working - I have been charged £96 to my bank account and neither of my personal nor work email has an account! I would like a refund please and someone to talk to!

Account name
Account ID in question
Email address associated with your account
Case number (if one has already been created)
