I have tried for over an hour to get support for a billing question, I am unable to reach the page to have someone call me

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing. I understand you are in need to speak with Docusign support regarding your billing questions.

Can you please clarify if you are having an error message when creating a support case? If so, the following workaround can be used to open a support case:

Go here: Get Support. Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue.
