Help with Callback Issue - Why Docusign system fails to dial international numbers?

Hi everyone,

I’m struggling to get a callback from DocuSign Support. Even though I’ve provided my full phone number with the correct country code, they keep claiming they cannot reach me. Chatbots and email cases are too slow and haven't solved my issue.

Does anyone know why their system fails to dial international numbers? Is there a direct hotline or a way to talk to a real person immediately?
