Good morning, we are an EU based company. On our invoices there is no VAT charged, correct in any case. However, I can't figure out if DocuSign has an EU VAT ID (in which case I need to apply reverse VAT charge) or not.

HIYou will find that they typically invoice you from the US so there is no VAT to apply.
