Good morning, we are an EU based company. On our invoices there is no VAT charged, correct in any case. However, I can't figure out if DocuSign has an EU VAT ID (in which case I need to apply reverse VAT charge) or not. Thanks

HI

You will find that they typically invoice you from the US so there is no VAT to apply. They do have a UK and EU registered company but only for trading not billing.
