I sent an envelope with new hire materials - I9, W4 and expected the templates to have fields for the new hire to edit - Name, etc. It only allows them to sign. What did I do wrong?

To confirm, are you using the template from the templates library ?
Can you provide a screenshot of which part they can’t fill out?
