Hi everyone,
I’m suddenly unable to create new templates or open any of my existing ones in DocuSign. Every time I click Templates I either get a blank screen or an error message saying the feature isn’t available. This makes it impossible for me to keep using the platform, because I need to send contracts to a large group of people today.
Has anyone run into the same issue?
If you found a solution—or even a temporary workaround—I’d really appreciate your advice.

Steps I’ve tried so far: clearing cache, logging out/in, switching browsers, and restarting my computer.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I’m on a deadline and this feature is the simplest way for me to distribute contracts!
