In DocuSign, once a document has been partially completed, removing a signer can be a bit tricky. However, here are your options:

  1. Void the Envelope:

    • If you need to remove Jane Doe, the simplest option is to void the entire envelope. Voiding will stop the signing process for all signers, including those who have already signed.
    • To do this, navigate to the Manage tab, find the envelope, and select the option to void it. You can provide a reason for voiding.
  2. Create a New Envelope:

    • After voiding the original envelope, you can create a new envelope without Jane Doe as a signer and resend it to the remaining signers. This way, you’ll have a clean slate to work with.
  3. Contact DocuSign Support:

    • If you need to remove a signer but keep the envelope active, you may need to contact DocuSign support for assistance. They may have specific options depending on your account settings.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to directly remove a signer from an envelope that is already partially completed without voiding the entire envelope.

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.  Would signers that already signed have to sign again with resend?
