+1We are having several problems without explanation with docgen templates.
We have checkbox groups and also individual checkboxes losing its “required” condition when users receive the contract to sign, and in the template we have set the field the validation with select at least 1 and we see it al the time with the correct validation.
It happens so randomly that we are investing a lot of time without any way of solution. Could anybody help, it’s really frustrating

Can you please clarify? When you say the checkbox is “losing its required condition,” do you mean that the recipient is able to skip the checkbox group entirely and still complete the envelope without selecting any option?
By default, checkboxes are required fields, so recipients should not be able to finish without selecting at least one box. If possible, could you share a copy of the template (with any personal or sensitive information removed) so we can review the setup and check what might be causing the issue?

+1Hi, Yes when I say that they lose their condition I mean the the recipient is able to skip them all without any message on the process when passing through the fields or either when going to sign.
At the moment I cannot add a screenshot but as soon as possible I will attach it.
Only to add more info, these templates are created by using a mix of docgen for the base text (that has variables and conditionals itself) and templates itself that have the fields user has to fufill or select autoplaced in the word base document.
