Hello,

I am working on a DocGen template, and when I was ready to upload it, I received the error message below. Why am I receiving this error, and how can I fix it?

Collecting API logs is often the most effective method of identifying the root cause. Please reproduce the issue, collect API logs, and attach the downloaded Log file to your reply.
Here are the steps:

  •  Navigate to your Profile Settings by clicking your profile image
  •  Select My Preferences > Under General, scroll down to the API Request Log section > Enable  > Save
  •  Reproduce the error to ensure it is logged
  •  Return to the API Request Log section > Download  > Disable > Save
