DocGen Deselect All Button

Question

I use docusign in the salesforce platform and am curious if anyone knows how to adjust whether ALL or NONE of the documents generated from a specific DocGen Template can be pre-selected?  Currently, ALL documents are pre-selected...which makes sense for docgen templates that use logic to create specifc docs packages.  We also use certain docgen templates to gain access to a list of documents that we want/need to manually select as options.   When they all pre-select, we have to manually unselect several documents,  which proves to be a huge time s*ck.

At this time, Docusign Gen for Salesforce does not provide an ALL or NONE setting to control the default selection of documents within a specific Gen Template. Documents configured as part of the template are treated as part of the generated package, which is why they are pre-selected.For templates where users need to choose documents manually, you may want to consider one of these options:Create separate Gen Templates or Salesforce buttons for the most common document combinations.Use Salesforce checkbox or picklist fields with conditional logic to include or exclude optional content based on the record values.Use the standard Send with Docusign workflow when users need to manually select files before sending.Disabling One-Click Generation may provide an additional review step, but it does not change the default document selection behavior.For more information, see the Docusign Gen for Salesforce User Guide.If you found the response to be a useful solution to your question, please “like” and mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find.
