Hi community,

 

I've recently used the template for a Data Sharing Agreement we want to send out.

We have the Agreement Template Builder option enabled in our Admin settings but it seems that it’s only working in smaller documents.

When I uploaded a two page template, it let me use the Template Builder, but with our 15 page DSA, it doesn't.

 

Has anyone faced this?

Was this working before?

Is this the only document that is having the issue?

Are you the only affected user?

If this has worked before, do you know when it started?

Are you using an integration or only the Docusign Web App?

Please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
