Why Parties' CLM API /v2/{accountId}/parties is inaccessible for the account admin?

Hello DocuSign Community,

I am reaching out to get clarity and support on an issue we have been facing with the CLM API endpoint /v2/{accountId}/parties. Despite being an account admin, this API end point is inaccessible on our account. It is critical for our workflows, yet enabling access has been taking a week despite multiple attempts to engage customer support.

Has anyone else experienced delays in enabling this API end point for their account? Is there something we can do as account admins to expedite the process on our end? I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice from the community, and I hope DocuSign customer support can address this concern promptly.
