My team has access to the public link and it is not set to expire until next year. When they click on the link and try to download the document in DOCX, however, it shows as blank with 0GB. The PDF version downloads without issues. Is anyone able to help me figure out how to allow the DOCX to download?

You may need to convert the PDF to DOCX and provide two separate links. This is because some DOCX versions are not compatible with all computer systems.
