We have two envelopes, orginiated from templates, that are being returned to the first signer after the secdond signer has completed their task, instead of going to the sender. 

If you’ve had this happen before, what was the cause/fix?

Here are a few potential causes and fixes:

Ensure that the routing order of the signers is correctly configured. The order determines the sequence in which recipients receive and sign the documents.

Check the routing order in the template and make sure that after the second signer, the next step is directed correctly to the intended recipient (the sender in this case).

The roles assigned in the templates might be misconfigured, leading to incorrect routing.

Review the roles assigned to each recipient in the templates. Ensure that the role responsible for sending the document back to the sender is correctly set up.
