Yes, in DocuSign CLM, there are settings available that can impact the document preview experience. You can check the "Document and Folder Settings" under the Admin section. Depending on your environment and version, there may be configuration options that adjust how the document is rendered in the review window.

Hi - Thank you. However, we were switched to the Document Reviewer viewing format with no option to switch or change the settings. The other three options are no longer available.

In that case, I recommend raising a support ticket directly from your account. The DocuSign Support team can review your environment settings and may be able to enable the previous viewing options from the backend, depending on your account configuration and entitlements.
