When reviewing contracts under CLM, we use Chinese to communicate and include comments in Chinese for each action. However, once the record becomes an executed record, all the Chinese characters are lost in the summary report. This is a significant issue for us. It would be ideal if CLM supported Chinese characters, given that approximately 20% of the global population uses Chinese. I am eagerly anticipating positive news from CLM in the near future.

Sure, To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
