Can an Administrator grant access to another user or themselves in the CLM to get into another users WorkFlow to make changes? In other word eSignature has administrator shared access permissions, is there something similar in the CLM?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the DocuSign Community.

Yes, CLM Administrators can configure workflows, document generation, attributes and more.

To be able to set up a CLM admin, an Organization Admin needs to manage the user's permissions within DocuSign Admin at the account level on the user's account membership screen.

You might find the following information useful:

DocuSign CLM User Profiles

Add CLM Admin Permission Profile to Existing User

If you believe that you need further assistance, or require the assistance of a live agent, you can always create a Support Case to have a Support agent work with you.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.

Please click "Select as Best" below if you found the answer to be a valid solution to your issue.

Thank you for using DocuSign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

To add just a bit more: Workflows can be created by any CLM Admin or CLM user with Workflow delegated permission.

All workflows are visiible, editable, and can be published by all admin users and CLM users with the workflow delegated permission. There are not "private" Workflows, regardless of creator, all workflows created in the system are found on the master list.

Thank you, Both! I was able to grant myself access to another users workflow in CLM to help route the document appropriately.

Glad to hear,

Even though it was a joint effort to get your answer, the system still likes to have one selected as best answer as a way to close the question. I'm sure @Rebeca Pizarro and I are equally content to have you select our own answer or the other answer as the "best answer" for the sake of closing it if you get a chance.
