Error "the redirect URI is not registered properly with DocuSign" while trying to integrate DocuSign and Contract Express (v8.5)

Have tried my API web.config with the following values

  • the URI redirect set up on the account-d sandbox (app url ending in "/app/Esignature/Callback")
  • the call back url (site url ending with "/rest")

I had to follow https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/Redirect-URI-not-registered and then wait a few minutes before it started to work
