I created a Web Form based on a Power Form template. If I update my Power Form, will those changes be automatically reflected in my Web Form that uses that specific Power Form template?

Hello @klaufenberg1 ,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I understand you want to know if a Web Form is automatically updated if the template is updated.

Unfortunately, this option is not currently available. Unlike PowerForms, if you edit a template linked to a Web Form, you would need to create a new Web Form. This is because you are creating a copy of the template to convert it to a Web Form: Prepare your Template to copy and import to a Web Form

However, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome.

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

You can make modifications to the template the Web Form is linked to. Note that this template is a copy of the original template that you built your PowerForm off of.
