We would like to see if there is a way anonymizing the members of a signing group within the form and after the signing process has been completed, it shows up in the carbon copy events section within the signed web form. This may assist with reducing the amount of emails sent to people within a signing group who were not associated with the signing of the form as other members of the group could have been the signers during the process.
Is it possible to remove carbon copy recipients in a signing group from the finalized form?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching back and for the extra information.
Unfortunately, the certificate of completion (CoC) can not be changed. This document is supposed to display pertinent information related to the envelope, including carbon copy recipients.
You as the sender will have to remove the signing group from the routing order if you do not want to have this appear in the CoC. Our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause you.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
Best regards,
