Hello-

Is it just me or are many of you finding security questions irrelevant? I personally had one for a distant cousin of my father who is passed away over a decade. Clients get them about family members they haven't lived with over a decade. I just keep telling clients to keep taking and using different answers but there has to be a better way

Hi @Chuck R !

Firstly, thank you for your feedback!

Password Questions are one of the ways that Docusign uses to increase the platform's security level. These questions prevent someone from gaining unauthorized access to your email and resetting your password on Docusign without your consent.

However, if you prefer, you can disable this option. Just go to Settings (you need to be an account administrator) > Security Settings > Show Password Rules > Password questions required = 0.

Let me know if I helped you with this topic!
